Pourvoirie Des 100 Lacs (100 Lakes Outfitter)

We had a great time in Northern Quebec this time around - our host Jean-Pierre Barrette of 100 Lacs Outfitter.

It's a first class operation. Our Pro and Production staff agree.

Lots of bear were seen by everyone and there was plenty of moose sign in the area as well. The Lodge is situated on beautiful Lake Adonis, a large lake that is a trout enthusiasts dream. Both the lodge and cottages provide all the ammenities of home, and are well thought out. We would highly suggest the American Plan if you are situated away from the lodge - great food served by Chef Gabriel Lacosse. Look for some of Gabriel's creations in our Camp Cook segments which he aptly re-named "Pourvoirie Cooking". Which brings us to the staff of 100 Lacs; all hardworking, friendly, courtious, knowledgeable, and professional.
