Shooting with Fish N Canada
Outdoor Productions Canada's Executive Producer "RD", out shooting for a few days on the Attawapiskat River with the guys from Fish N Canada - which happens to be "Canada's most watched fishing show". Above is a few pics of his adventure including the transportation, Hearst Air's beautiful Turbo Beaver - with the flight destination roughly 1.45 minutes "due Nord" of Hearst, Ontario. Also shown above is images of a delicious pickeral shore lunch prepared and served on a rock island nestled in the rapids, with his Cree guide, Harry Baker.
Watch this great monster pike episode coming in the fall (in HD), on various major television networks!

Canada Geese, Rod Heath and Colt!
Lots to say about these images but the images say it all. Filling the freezer is what most hunters do, and OPC's Rod Heath (with hunting side-kick "Colt"), manages to fill his freezer every year. More exciting goose hunting adventures with Rod (and Colt), in upcoming episodes of Canadian Outfitter Television!
Colt & Turkeys
"Colt" a three year old Springer owned by OPC Pro-Staff Rod Heath. A natural turkey hunting dog that runs/flushes the Easterns in the style of Upland birds, and has done this since he was a pup. If Rod can't see turkeys in the field he sends Colt into the woods to flush them out with Rod handling him with a whistle - to turn the Colt in the directions of the shooter. The rest is history, as you can see above.
More with Rod (and Colt), in upcoming epsiodes of Canadian Outfitter Television!

Nobelnose Kamiaks Daisy
For everyone who doesn't know; we had to put Daisy down in May/2009 at the age of 16 years. She had developed a tumour in her mouth, and because of her age we decided not to be selfish, and let her go - even though she was still a strong dog. It was the hardest thing (personally), I ever had to do. She was my girl, my best friend, my best hunting buddy, and my son's protector. Daisy is already missed by her family and freinds.

Outdoor Productions Canada - 2010
Hello Everyone and Happy New Year,
Just to let everyone know; Outdoor Productions Canada is back in business for the 2010 season with new management and staff. In the coming weeks to months, we will be bringing our exciting new web episodes of Canadian Outfitter Television, new Partners, new Pro-Staff, new Web designs, Blog entries, etc. We're playing catch-up at the moment but having fun doing it!
Ice Fishing With Ryan!
If you want to have a great day out on any water, go fishing with Ryan Edenborough.
The Outdoor Productions Canada team loves Ice fishing and we go every chance we get - we actually just follow Ryan out on the ice - all of his hotspots are marked on his trusty GPS. Ryan does spend a lot of time on the water!
In a few weeks time, we are heading back out with ProFISH'nt Angling's Greg Klatt for another exciting angling adventure - this time on the hardwater for Canadian Outfitter Television.
Opening Day - Goose Season 2008
Rod always finds the best areas for hunting, whether it be for deer, turkey, varmints, upland or waterfowl - makes you wear a blindfold to many of these location as well :)
"Early season for geese was fantastic, we were hunting a cut barley field and the geese just poured in by the thousands, we limited out almost right away in the morning"
Our Pro-Staff team (and our dogs), loves hunting upland and waterfowl so keep tuned for these episodes on Canadian Outfitter Television!
Ontario Coyote's
Rod's keeping the coyote population down (for the moment), and giving the hunting area's turkey, upland and other various small game a chance to flourish - by the way, all was used off this critter as well.
Varmint hunting is on the incline in Ontario at the moment - hunters (the original conservationalists), are controlling all predators the best (and most efficient), way possible.
Rod's 10 Pointer
"I had the 10 pointer a couple of times on my trail camera, so I decided to hunt that stand Saturday afternoon, after sitting and freezing in the stand for 2 hours. Just before dark he came down the trail perfectly about 30 yards in front of me. I made a perfect shot with my bow and he only went about 40 yards"
Look for more great whitetail bucks like these from Pro-Staff Rod Heath on upcoming episodes of Canadian Outfitter Television!

Ryan Edenborough - Ice Fishing Simcoe
Outdoor Productions Canada Pro-Staff Ryan Edenborough taking a break during taping session on Lake Simcoe. We think Ryan's going to do okay; over 150 fish caught in a few hours with a few smaller perch ending up in the frying pan (above) accompanied with mushroom rissoto, salad and red wine.
